Application Guidelines
CLEAN THROUGHLY
Ensure the surface is free from dirt, debris, and oil. Fill any cracks, holes, or other imperfections with a suitable filler.
APPLY THE 1ST LAYER
Apply an even coat of base coat material to the entire surface then, gently press a mesh into the wet base coat, starting
from the center and moving outwards.
SECOND LAYER
Apply a second layer of base coat over the mesh, sandwiching it between the two coats.
TOP COAT FINISHING
Apply a top coat with a minimum thickness of 3 millimeters. This will provide a durable and protective finish.
Technical Specification
To maintain the structural integrity and performance of the fiber mesh, store it horizontally on a clean,
flat surface in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep rolls in
their original packaging until ready for use, and never stack heavy materials on top of them to avoid
crushing or deformation. When handling, wear suitable protective gloves or ensure hands
are clean and dry to shield the material from oils, chemicals, and other contaminants.
Always lift and carry the rolls rather than dragging them across rough
or sharp surfaces, and handle the mesh carefully to prevent cuts,
tears, or sharp creases.
